On this page you will find a list of the services offered by our guides: a full range of proposals from classic tourist routes in Tuscany to the most innovative excursions in Florence to discover something new.

Our association provides services throughout Tuscany with local guides – tour guides (at the rates below). Below you can see some of our proposals. When booking individual excursions or itineraries, our office reserves the right to apply different rates according to the type of request.

Travel agencies can agree with us about a favorable cost and booking guides – tour guides for the whole season or the whole year.

Guide services – Tour guide:

• Groups up to 40 people
• Half-day excursion (maximum 3 hours)
• Full day excursion (maximum 6 hours)
• Museum guide – tour guide, up to 25 people
• Dual language support Congress – groups, special events prices to be negotiated based on the nature of the event and the degree of specialization required to perform the service

By Agreement:

• Accompanying services in Italy and abroad
• Escorts in Florence and Tuscany
• Accompanying half day maximum 5 hours
• Accompanying person all day maximum 8 hours
• Tourist companion in two languages
• Escort of special groups

Prices By Agreement:

• Attendance at a dinner or banquet for special groups, maximum 3 hours
• Escort services from or to: Florence airport – city, Railway station Santa Maria Novella – city, Pisa Airport – Florence, Bologna Airport – Florence, Port of Livorno – Florence, Venice – Florence, Rome – Florence

Cancellation Penalties:

If the order is canceled from 48 hours to 24 hours before the start of the service: 50% of the agreed tariff.

Cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the service: 100% payment of the agreed tariff
